You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 48 Hour window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can MODIFY/ CANCEL your order anytime before dispatch/ fulfilled, ONCE THE ORDER IS IN TRANSIT AFTER PICKUP we can not MODIFY/CANCEL your order. On receiving a MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION request, WE H L BOOKSTORE will allow it and process your refund within 24 hours.
RETURNS/REPALCEMENT / REFUND POLICY
Our RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND policy only applies if the books are damaged. The policy lasts 48 HOURS. If 48 HOURS have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. The unpacking video is mandatory
FOR RETURNS your reason should be genuine (defected product, wrong product, and missing parts ), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
SINCE THESE BOOKS ARE 1st COPIES AT PREMIUM QUALITY, RETURN ARE NOT POSSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER FEELS THEY SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED THE ORIGINAL BOOK.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
Damages covered under refund/return/replacement policy only include:
- Severe spine damages, due to which pages are coming apart.
- In transit damages [corner bents/little dents/cover scratches does not come under this]
- More than 2 pages are misprinted.
- More than 2 pages are torn.
- More than 2 pages are missing.
- Smudge making the pages unreadable. There should be more than 2 pages like this to qualify for replacement.
Apart from the above mentioned issues, refund/reshipment/replacement will also be granted if books are missing in the order/wrong books are delivered. The unpacking video is mandatory for this one too.
The customer must shoot a short video clip while unpacking the order. If the customer needs to raise a ticket for return/replacement/refund, the unpacking video is mandatory. We cannot provide any of the compensation for customers who do not have the video.
IN CASE OF PRELOVED BOOKS – ALL BOOKS ARE CHECKED PROPERLY BEFORE LISTING ON THE WEBSITE…SO THERE IS NO RETURN OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND F ANY PROVED BOOKS.
NOTE – OUR COURIER PARTNERS WILL COLLECT THE BOOKS FROM THE CUSTOMER HOME. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE RETURN SHIPPING COST … CUSTOMER DNT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING COST.
